The subject of the tender is the conclusion of a framework agreement (framework contract) with a company (contractor) in accordance with § 21 para. 1 and 3 VgV and a (basic) contract term of 24 (twenty-four) months with the unilateral option in favor of the KRZN of a maximum of two, twelve months each extension (i.e. up to a total contract term of 36 or 48 months) for the product/manufacturer-specific delivery of products of the manufacturer Apple in different performance classes or Apple product lines together with system accessories in the form of an EVB-IT purchase contract to be concluded as a framework agreement (framework agreement).

The subject of the tender is the procurement of products from the manufacturer Apple, including portable systems (MacBook, iPad, etc.), workstations (Mac mini), mobile phones, Apple TV and system accessories.

For this purpose, the conclusion of a framework agreement (framework agreement) with a company (contractor) pursuant to § 21 (1) and (3) VgV and a (basic) contract term of 24 months with the unilateral option in favor of the KRZN of a maximum of two, twelve months in each case (i.e. up to a total contract term of 24, 36 or 48 months) over the product/manufacturer-specific delivery of products of the manufacturer Apple in different performance classes or Apple product lines and system accessories in the form of an EVB-IT purchase agreement to be concluded as a framework agreement. The articles to be procured are therefore generally purchased by purchase in the event of retrieval from the framework agreement. In this context, the Contractor is also obliged to enter the corresponding Device Enrollment Program ID (DEP ID) into the School Manager immediately after each retrieval as part of Apple's registration routine. By submitting an offer, the bidder confirms that he will fulfil this obligation after each call-off.

All items offered must be available on the German market at the time the contract is awarded. Because it is planned that the first deliveries will be made shortly after the award of the contract.
