The formalins to be procured will be used by the Pathology Unit of Seinäjoki Central Hospital as general fixatives for histological samples. The Seller shall supply the Buyer with six (6) barrels for circulation and an additional one (1) spare barrel shall be at the Seller's premises in accordance with the terms and conditions. This ensures that the Buyer always has formalin in stock. It is an operationally critical product that must not run out.
