Construction and replacement of artificial grass sports fields

SR wishes to conclude a framework agreement with a maximum of four (4) parties for the construction and replacement of artificial turf pitches. During the term of the Framework Agreement, the further agreements will be awarded to one of the four Contractors via a mini-competition. The Contractors offer their offer in accordance with the conditions in the Framework Agreement. The award in the mini-competition is based on the best value for money (BKPV).
