The subject of the contract is the development of project documentation, including author's supervision under the project entitled "Revitalization of railway line No. 108 on the Jasło - Nowy Zagórz section"

The subject of the order is to prepare project documentation necessary for the implementation of the project entitled "Revitalization of railway line No. 108 on the Jasło - Nowy Zagórz section." The developed documentation is aimed at achieving the following operational parameters in accordance with the adopted category of lines according to TSI:

1) for lines ...

a) category of line according to TSI codes: P5, F3,

b) maximum speed for:

Passenger trains - 100 km / h (and on the sections of the railway line at km ~ 60,020– 67,800, ~ 69,953 - 80,570, ~ 82,743 - 91,864 to 120 km / h),

Freight trains - 80 km / h,

c) service load classes for the line: 221 kN,

d) structure gauge: GPL-1

- GPL-2 for newly built engineering facilities, in accordance with Technical Standards - Volume II (version 2.0),

e) platform length 100-300 m,

f) maximum length of freight trains - as in the existing state,

g) load class on engineering objects: on revitalized objects D4 / 80, C2 - for maximum speed in a given location,

h) load class on engineering objects:

Newly built engineering objects: α = 1.21 (k + 2).

A detailed description of the existing and planned condition is included in Annex 3.

The boundaries between the adopted sections will be specified in detail at the stage of agreeing the program and spatial concept.

Based on the investment option recommended by the Contractor SW, the material scope was extended in relation to the W2d option recommended by the Contractor. The extended option includes:

Extending the scope of reconstruction at Jasło station:

Track industry (extension of track No. 5, comprehensive replacement of pavement in tracks No. 1, 2 and No. 5, as well as replacement of switches, elimination of 16 switches, development of 16 new),

Reconstruction of two rail-road crossings, liquidation of pedestrian crossing at rail level,

Construction of a pedestrian crossing under the tracks with elevators and three culverts,

Modernization of two control rooms, construction of a control room,

Reconstruction of platforms 1 and 2,

Reconstruction of railway traffic control devices from mechanical key to computer ones.

Reconstruction of the Nowy Zagórz station:

Track industry (liquidation of the existing track No. 5 for the construction of an island platform between tracks No. 3 and No. 7, comprehensive replacement of pavement in tracks No. 3 and 7, as well as replacement of switches, removal of 11 switches, development of 9 new),

Reconstruction of four rail-road crossings and one pedestrian crossing at rail level,

Srk (reconstruction of srk devices from mechanical key to computer, construction of a new one-way two-way semi-automatic line block with control of route vacancy implemented on the basis of axle counters system),

Electrical power engineering (installation of the EOR system, installation of lighting of rebuilt platforms, installation of lighting for crossings in accordance with the category).

Construction of a new passenger stop Zagórz - Przemysłowy.

By the design documentation, the Employer understands all the documentation necessary for the proper implementation of the Order together with obtaining all necessary decisions, permits, technical connection conditions and arrangements regarding this Order.

Guidelines for staging project work will be provided after signing the Agreement. The development of project documentation will be divided into stages (routes, stations, engineering facilities). The number of stages will be determined after signing the Agreement.
