The purpose of this consultation is to conclude a single-award framework agreement for the performance of the following services:

"Framework Agreement for Maintenance and Repair Service with Purchase Orders" on the real estate portfolio described in Appendix 1 of the SCC on behalf of ESH Vallogis.

The purpose of this purchase order contract is to supply and install various interphone and access control equipment for replacement or repair as defined in Schedule 1 of the CCTP.

Lot 1 Territory of Orleans:

- assets of the Orléans agency (1,780 housing units),

- assets of the agency of St-Jean de La Ruelle (2,318 dwellings),

- assets of the agency of St-Jean de Braye (2,401 dwellings).

Lot 2 Territory of Montargis:

- assets of the Montargis agency (2,110 dwellings),

- assets of the Chalette-sur-Loing branch (2,127 dwellings),

- assets of the Amilly branch (2,167 units).

Lot 3 Territory of Sully-sur-Loire:

- assets of the Nogent-sur-Vernisson branch (1,657 housing units),

- assets of the Sully-sur-Loire agency (1,509 housing units).

Lot 4 Territoire de Tours: heritage of the Tours agency (574 dwellings).
