Trondheim Municipality, hereafter called the contracting authority, invites tenderers to an open tender contest for the delivery of:

- Sub-tender 1 - Fuel and heating oil (bulk)

- Sub-tender 2 - ADBlue (bulk)

- Sub-tender 3 - Lubricants and oil products

The contract is for the procurement and delivery of bulk deliveries of the following products:

- HVO 100 Biodiesel (advanced liquid bio-fuel) 

- Bio-oil

- Diesel

- Construction diesel

- Petrol

Option for other types of fossil-free fuel (bulk) for all of parts of the volume of the listed products, cf. criterium 4.

The procurement of equivalent products from petrol stations or similar is not included in the contract.

The stated volume in annex 3 is based on the consumption in the period July 2020 - June 2021, including the expected adjustments of HVO 100 Biodiesel (increase) and diesel (reduction). The annual volume for all the products is subject to change, as the operational premises can change, both as regards seasonal variations and a controlled transition to different low and zero emission technologies. This also includes national and internal requirements, for example that HVO is taken off the fuel pyramid (the list of potential fuel that can be used in Trondheim Municipality).

The contract is for the procurement and delivery of bulk deliveries of the following products:

- ADBlue delivered in bulk.

The procurement of equivalent products from petrol stations or similar is not included in the contract.

An overview of the estimated volume is in Annex 2, this is the amount per year. The annual volume is subject to change, as the operational premises can change, both as regards seasonal variations and a controlled transition to different low and zero emission technologies.

The stated volume is based on the consumption in 2020.

NB: Prices are to be given directly in the Mercell portal for this sub-contract. There is, therefore, no annex 3 for this sub-contract.

The contracting authority request tenders for the procurement and delivery of:

- Lubricant grease

- Hydraulic oil

- Engine oil

- Lubricant oil

- Wheel base oil

- Antifreeze

- Windscreen washing solution

- White spirit

- Acrylate petrol

- AD Blue (not bulk)

The contract also includes the procurement of the tenderer's remaining assortment within the product area at discounted prices, cf. annex 3 - tender form.

Option to change one or more of the fossil-based products in the contract to environmentally labelled and environmentally friendly alternatives, cf. criterium 3.

The procurement of equivalent products from petrol stations or similar is not included in the contract.

We would like tenders to include a return scheme for used barrels and packaging if this is offered by the tenderer, cf. criterium 4. NB: Bydrift currently has a return scheme and would like to have an option to join the tenderer's return scheme if this is offered.
