The contract is for the long-term lease with services, without option to purchase, of

Premium service for the Parliament of the French Community by means of the

payment of a monthly rent for the entire duration of the provision.

This type of service is referred to in these Special Specifications as leasing

operational.

For information, the Contracting Authority estimates at 7 the number of vehicles covered by this

request.

The market is for long-term rental with services, without option to purchase, of a number

estimated 7 service vehicles on payment of a monthly rent throughout the

duration of availability.

The tenderer submits a bid for a leasing period of 48 months for an overall mileage

200,000 km per vehicle.
