This consultation concerns the underwriting of various insurance contracts on behalf of the city and the CCAS. As part of a group of orders for which the City is the coordinator.

The subscriber requests the establishment of an insurance contract guaranteeing, according to the formula "all risks except", the pecuniary consequences of his civil liability (professional, exploitation, after delivery or completion ...) for all his activities.

The insurer will undertake to provide the insured with benefits for the amicable or judicial resolution of its disputes - as defined in Article B of this document - on the one hand, to bear the costs that it last will have to do in this case, on the other hand.

The guarantee granted is intended to cover the expenses charged to the subscriber under the provisions of Article 11 of Law No 83-634 of 13.7.2083 as amended, and Article L. 2123-34 and 35. of the general code of the territorial collectivities modified, making it obligation to grant protection to the physical persons insured involved, violated in their physical integrity or their safety in the exercise of their functions, or prosecuted criminally for facts not having the character of a personal fault.

This guarantee applies when the elected official or the official acts as representative of the State.
