Skjervøy municipality is the Contracting Authority, together with several joint venture partners to the contract. The municipalities invite tenderers to an open tender contest for telephony services. The municipalities are using Nord-Troms municipalities' inter-municipal procurement service for the competition. A 2 year contract period with an option for 1+1 year. Options can be entered into individually or jointly.
