The subject of the contract is the provision of a service of successive collection, transport and final management of waste classified in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of 2 January 2020 on the waste catalogue (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 10) as waste with the code 19 01 07* - solid waste from waste gas cleaning (Dusts) and waste with the code 19 01 15* - dust from boilers containing hazardous substances (so-called fly ash), generated in the process of thermal treatment of municipal waste at the Municipal Waste Disposal Plant Gen. Władysława Andersa 40F in Białystok in the maximum total amount of 4 000 Mg of waste with codes 19 01 07* and 19 01 15*. 6.2. The Contractor is obliged to finally manage all collected waste in the recovery processes R1 - R11, in accordance with Annex 1 to the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2022, item 699, as amended

Under the term "final waste management" the Ordering Party understands the final recovery process, which means R1-R11 processes, in accordance with Annex 1 to the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2022, item 699, as amended).

Part 2 of the contract includes the provision of the service of successive collection, transport and final management of waste classified in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of 2 January 2020 on the waste catalogue (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 10) as waste with the code 19 01 15* - dust from boilers containing hazardous substances, generated in the process of thermal treatment of municipal waste in ZUOK in Białystok in the amount of 600 Mg (basic order). Under the term "final waste management" the Ordering Party understands the final recovery process, which means R1-R11 processes, in accordance with Annex 1 to the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2022, item 699, as amended)
