The subject of the contract is the replacement of existing obsolete and worn-out automatic driving systems for new generation devices that meet the requirements of the MIiR Regulation of 20.10.2015, item 1744 with późn.zm. and the company's internal regulations to improve safety at rail-road crossings located on railway line No. 276 at km 20,753, 46,233 and 62,967 along with accompanying works in the road, energy and telecommunications industries.

The entire subject of the contract includes the implementation of:

1) design documentation necessary for the proper performance of all construction works and obtaining for it all the required opinions, arrangements, approvals, conditions, decisions and permits necessary to implement the subject of the contract;

2) all construction works in accordance with the scope of the contract on the basis of the contractor and approved by the contracting officer of the design documentation referred to in point 1 above, and all preparatory works necessary for the performance of the scope of the contract and any activities. required by law;

3) Development of a pre-audition report along with the preparation of comprehensive as-built (operational) documentation separately for each industry, including as-built documentation from geodetic inventory
