Steel construction work.
The red wait school was originally divided into five existing buildings built from 1961 to 1998:
Buildings 1, 2, 3 and 5 have already been demolished and are now to be replaced by replacement new buildings. Building 4, built in 1998, is to be extensively rehabilitated in terms of energy, fire protection and structural engineering and will be expanded with all-day care.
The foundation takes place over a flat surface using a load-bearing base plate. The structure of the new buildings is manufactured using solid construction (reinforced concrete). Non-load-bearing partitions in KS masonry or drywall. The window tapes are planned in aluminum construction as window and PR construction. There is a change of fixed glazing and openable window sashes. The closed façade parts on the ground floor and upper floor are insulated and covered with an EDVS. An external sun shade provides summer heat protection.
