Skyss would like tenders for a digital flexible transport booking system. The goal is that the system will be a permanent system in Skyss' system architecture and will be a complete system for handling transport bookings and automatic transport planning. The procurement also has an option for a planning and analysis module, which tenderers can offer if they have developed this. This module will not be weighted when the tenders are evaluated. The contract duration will be 3 (three) years calculated from the delivery day. The contract will then be automatically renewed for 1 (one) year at a time, unless 3 (three) months notice is given by the contracting authority before the renewal date. The tenderer can terminate the contract with 12 (twelve) months notice prior to the contract renewal.
