The object of this procedure is the management of the SAI Service "ImbarcAzioni: tutti aboard per un nuovo viaggio" aimed at the creation of a system of services for the reception, protection and integration of 28 holders of permits for international protection, to be carried out on the basis of the project approved by the Ministry of the Interior as part of the SAI system - Reception and integration system. The project provides for the reception of single men, single women and families, including single-parent families, according to the procedures provided for by current legislation, see in this regard art. 1 of the special conditions. It should be noted that this service must be carried out in Territorial Area 5 consisting of the five municipalities d (Cassano d'Adda, Inzago, Melzo, Settale and Vignate) and in the Unione Lombarda Adda Martesana composed of three municipalities (Liscate, Pozzuolo Martesana and Truccazzano). All common antescripts are located in the province of Milan.

The contract in place with the undersigned entity is expiring. The outgoing contractor is the RTI composed of the parent company Cooperativa sociale Ellepikappa Onlus based in Pozzo D'Adda (MI), Via Don Fumagalli, 5; tax code and VAT number 02961270168 and by the principal company Fondazione Padri Somaschi Onlus, with registered office in Milan (MI), Piazza XXV Aprile, 2; tax code 97597340153 registered in the Register of Companies of Milan, having the following ATECO codes: Cooperativa sociale Ellepikappa Onlus 88.1 "Non-residential social assistance for the elderly and disabled" - and Fondazione Padri Somaschi Onlus 87.2 "Residential care facilities for people suffering from mental retardation, mental disorders or who abuse drugs".
