The service of comprehensive cleaning and maintaining cleanliness along with auxiliary activities at the patient, as well as servicing ward cookers and transporting meals for the Wielkopolska Neuropsychiatric Center in Kościan divided into two tasks.

Task 1 - comprehensive cleaning and maintenance of cleanliness along with auxiliary activities at the patient in the Ordering Party's facilities along with the service of 12 ward cookers

Task 2 – Meal transport service

A. Task 1 - comprehensive cleaning and maintenance of cleanliness along with auxiliary activities at the patient in the Ordering Party's facilities along with the service of 12 ward cookers

The facilities of the Centre are located:

- in Kościan, Paderewskiego Square la

- in Kościan, Bernardyńska 4

- in Kościan, 53 Śmigielska Street

- in Wonieście, Śmigiel commune

- in Siekowo, Przemęt commune

The order includes the performance of the service in all organizational cells of the Center.

The order includes the daily service of 12 ward cookers, of which:

a) in Kościan, Paderewskiego Square - 9 ward cookers;

b) in Kościan, 53-1 Śmigielska Street, branch stove;

c) in Siekowo, Przemęt commune, Wolsztyn county - 1 ward stove;

d) in Wonieście, Śmigiel commune, Kościan county - 1 ward stove.

Scope of auxiliary activities with the patient:

Taking up readiness / participation in the performance of activities consisting in the assistance of cleaning staff (at the request of medical staff) during the performance of auxiliary activities with the patient in connection with medical services, in particular:

assistance (in the case of reduced staffing) and performing auxiliary activities with the patient under the supervision of nursing staff at:

assistance with bathing, washing, shaving and dressing patients

assistance in changing bed linen and personal underwear of patients

assistance in satisfying the physiological needs of patients

help with meals

washing and disinfection of beds after discharge of patients

Task 2 – Meal transport service

1) Delivery of meals at the Wielkopolska Neuropsychiatric Center in Kościan, 1A Paderewskiego Square (breakfasts, lunches and dinners) from the main kitchen of the Center to the following departments: Villa I, Villa II, Villa III, Villa VI, Villa VII, Villa Mazurkiewicz, Villa Conolly, Department of Forensic Psychiatry, OLAZA, Addiction Treatment Department II, Day Psychiatric Ward, Day Department of Alcohol Dependence Therapy and delivery of medicines from the Hospital Pharmacy to the above-mentioned departments according to needs Contracting authority.

2) Delivery of meals (breakfasts and lunches including dinner) from the main kitchen of the Centre - Kościan, Pl. Paderewskiego 1a, to the following branches:

a) in Kościan, 53 Śmigielska Street (distance approx. 1 km)

b) in Siekowo, Przemęt commune (distance approx. 34 km),

c) in Wonieście, Śmigiel commune (distance approx. 15 km),

and delivery of internal mail and medicines from the hospital pharmacy to the above-mentioned branches, as well as transport of materials for laboratory tests from the branch in Kościan, 53 Śmigielska Street in Siekowo and Wonieście according to the needs of the ordering party.
