Framework agreement with the issuance of purchase orders with an economic operator within the meaning of Articles L. 2125-1-1º, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the public order code relating to the preparation, transport and cold meal delivery:

- municipal schools;

- leisure centers without accommodation;

- in the homes of the elderly;

- to various municipal establishments.

A group of orders has been set up between the City of Arcachon and the Communal Center for Social Actions.

The City of Arcachon is coordinator of the group of orders, and is responsible for preparing, awarding, signing and notifying the contract.

Each member of the grouping is responsible for executing the contract up to their own needs.

Unit price contract with no minimum or maximum amount in application of article 2162-4 3º of the public order code.
