The subject of the contract is the development of design and cost estimation documentation along with the preparation and acquisition of the necessary documents provided for by applicable law to obtain consent for the execution of a road investment. The preparation of documentation has been divided into 5 parts. A detailed description of each part of the contract contains a description of the subject of the contract, i.e. Technical Specification constituting respectively for a given part Annex C1,C2,C3,C4,C5 to the SWZ and the contract template Annex B1,2,5; B3.4 to SWZ.

Part I of the Order – Development of design and cost estimate documentation along with the preparation and acquisition of the necessary documents provided for by applicable law to obtain consent for the execution of the investment entitled: "Extension of the district road No. 2024K from the existing pavement to the intersection with the voivodship road No. 967 m. Gdów, Wieliczka County (approx. 0.46 km)"

Part II Procurement Development of design and cost estimate documentation along with the preparation and acquisition of the necessary documents provided for by applicable law to obtain consent for the execution of the investment entitled: Extension of the county road No. 2021K from the existing pavement to the internal road (Journal of Laws No. 158) in the town of Nieznanowice, Gdów commune (on the section of approx. 0.39km)

A detailed description of the contract contains a description of the subject of the contract, i.e. Technical Specification constituting Annex C2 to the SWZ and a model contract attachment B1,2,5; to SWZ.

Part III of the Order – Development of design and cost estimate documentation along with the preparation and acquisition of the necessary documents provided for by applicable law to obtain consent for the execution of the investment entitled: Reconstruction of the county road no.: 2009K from the existing pavement to the culvert (watercourse Podłężanka) in the city of Łężanka. Staniątki, Wieliczka County

Part V of the Order – Development of design and cost estimate documentation along with the preparation and acquisition of the necessary documents provided for by applicable law to obtain consent for the execution of the investment entitled: "Extension of the intersection of the county road No. 2008K with the county road No. 2009K in Dąbrowa, Kłaj commune, Wieliczka poviat"
