The service includes: The collection, processing, storage and sharing of Movement Data of a Representative Group of Participants traveling in the Area. This concerns journeys with origin and/or destination in the Area. All Modalities and Regions must be represented in the data. The Participants must also be available to ask questions based on the (intended) trip. In addition to collecting, processing, storing and sharing the Movement Data, developing and delivering a dashboard with certain insights is also part of the service.

The framework agreement consists of a basic assignment and can be extended with further assignments in the form of an extension. Think, for example, of an extra group of participants, intensification of a target group or an extra Region. To provide a further assignment within the framework agreement, the Client requests an offer from the Service Provider. These further assignments are granted by means of an order confirmation.
