Service in the field of: collection, transport and management of municipal waste from all property owners from the Poronin Commune - inhabited and uninhabited real estate on which municipal waste is generated; collection, transport and management of waste, which will be exhibited by residents in front of the property in the share system; collection, transport and management of waste collected in PSZOK located in Poronin, equipping the above-mentioned Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (PSZOK) with containers and containers for segregated municipal waste and delivery of bags for selective collection in the colors specified in the regulations necessary for the proper functioning of the waste management system.
The subject of the contract is a service in the field of: collection, transport and management of municipal waste from all owners of real estate from the Poronin Commune - inhabited and uninhabited real estate, on which municipal waste is generated; collection, transport and management of waste, which will be exhibited by residents in front of the property in the share system; collection, transport and management of waste collected in PSZOK located in Poronin, equipping the above-mentioned Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (PSZOK) with containers and containers for segregated municipal waste and delivery of bags for selective collection in the colors specified in the regulations necessary for the proper functioning of the waste management system.
The service consists in the collection, transport and management of municipal waste from the Poronin Commune divided into waste fractions: non-segregated (mixed) municipal waste, slag and ash of household furnaces, segregated waste: plastics, metals and packaging from these fractions, segregated waste: paper, cardboard and packaging from these fractions, segregated waste: glass and packaging from these fractions, biodegradable waste (green), etc., furniture and other bulky waste, used tyres, used electrical and electronic equipment, concrete waste and concrete rubble, brick rubble, construction and demolition waste from households, waste: expired cytotoxic and cytostatic drugs, etc., waste batteries and accumulators, etc., hazardous and inert waste, waste generated during household injections (used needles, syringes), clothing and textiles, bulky waste from PSZOK (m.in.: tyres, waste electrical and electronic equipment, furniture, bio-waste, construction and demolition waste, etc.).
Vehicles for collecting municipal waste at the disposal of the Contractor must meet the standards of permissible exhaust emissions of at least Euro 4. Before 01.01.2023, the Contractor will equip vehicles for the collection and transport of municipal waste with barcode readers, GPS enabling reading the route of the vehicle collecting the waste and a set of cameras recording the day and time.
The estimated size of the subject of the contract during the contract execution period, i.e. in 2023, is approx. 3,500 Mg. The amount of waste collected from January 2022 to September 2022 amounted to 2,794.00 Mg, therefore the Ordering Party estimates the amount of waste collected in 2023 at about 3,500 Mg and this amount of waste will be accepted for the offer calculations. Waste collection should be planned in such a way as to minimize the nuisance of travel for residents and tourists to the property and guesthouses.
The Ordering Party reserves the right to reduce or increase the amount of waste collected in relation to calculations from previous years depending on the actual needs and quantities and on factors beyond the control of the Ordering Party, without the Contractor's right to claim damages in this respect. Renovation, construction and demolition waste as well as non-segregated (mixed) waste resulting from unforeseen random events generated by residents living in the property and from uninhabited real estate are collected and disposed of on the terms set out in the resolution on additional services provided by the municipality in the field of collecting municipal waste from property owners and on the basis of the Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the Poronin Commune.
