1. The order includes group insurance of employees of poviat organizational units and other institutions in the Iława Poviat and their spouses or life partners and adult children listed in section I.

1. The order includes group insurance of employees of poviat organizational units and other institutions in the Iława Poviat and their spouses or life partners and adult children of employees of units listed in section I.
2. Requirements specified by the Ordering Party regarding the subject of the contract:
1) The Contracting Authority requires that the Contracting Authority (Policyholder/Insured) is not obliged to cover the losses of the Contractor operating in the form of a mutual insurance company by paying an additional premium, in accordance with Article 111(2) of the Act of 11 September 2015 on insurance and reinsurance activity (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 2283, as amended),
2) The Contractor must have general (special) insurance conditions, hereinafter referred to as GTC, of all insurance specified in the subject matter of the contract,
3) The Contracting Authority requires the Contractor whose bid will be selected as the highest rated to indicate the name and surname together with contact details:
a) the person/persons designated by the Contractor to cooperate with the Contracting Authority during the period of execution of the Order in the scope of administrative activities related to ongoing service (e.g. issuing insurance documents, explaining the payment of premiums, preparing certificates),
b) the person(s) designated by the Contractor to cooperate with the Contracting Authority during the period of execution of the Order in the scope of supervision of the claims handling and handling process,
whereas these persons must be indicated in the public procurement contract
2. Confidential information provided to Contractors
1) The Contracting Authority informs that Annexes 6 and 7 to the SWZ contain confidential information. Therefore, pursuant to Article 280(3) of the PPL, the Contracting Authority shall make the above-mentioned attachments available to those Contractors who directly request access to confidential information in accordance with the template constituting Annex 9 to the SWZ. The Contractor is obliged to send a signed application via the https://portal.smartpzp.pl/spilawa/public/postepowanie?postepowanie=39518920 and the "CORRESPONDENCE" form or to the following e-mail address: przetargi@powiat-ilawski.pl The Contracting Authority allows the submission of the application in electronic form, bearing a qualified signature.
2) Contractors to whom the Contracting entity provides confidential information shall be obliged to:
(a) use that information solely for the purpose of preparing and submitting an offer;
(b) not to disclose that information or, where information of a confidential nature is made available to third parties, to require them to maintain the confidentiality of the information transmitted;
c) appropriate security of the confidential information provided, at least at the level of standards that the Contractor applies to its own confidential information.
3) The above obligations of the Contractor referred to in point 2 should be interpreted in such a way that the Contractor may disclose the content of confidential information only to its employees, associates, third parties and other entities participating in activities directly related to the Contractor's participation in the procedure for the award of this public contract. When disclosing confidential information, the Contractor is obliged to inform about the confidential nature of the information provided and receive a written commitment to maintain its confidentiality
