Delivery of a multifunctional, modular system for the study of phenomena in the loaded contact of solids with relative motion, tangential to the theoretical contact surface, in a gaseous or liquid environment, with the possibility of expansion and configuration changes for the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Shipbuilding

The subject of the contract is the supply of a multifunctional, modular system for the study of phenomena in the contact of loaded solids with relative motion, tangential to the theoretical contact surface, in a gaseous or liquid environment, with the possibility of expansion and configuration changes for the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Shipbuilding of the Gdańsk University of Technology.

1. The subject of the order includes, among others.

(a) Transport of the object of the contract to the place designated by the Contracting Authority and his insurance, until the Contracting Authority has been received without reservation.

(b) The Contractor declares that the subject of the contract meets the technical parameters and requirements set out in the Detailed Description of the subject of the contract

(c) The subject of the contract delivered to the Contracting Authority is new, free from legal and physical defects and ready for operation, without the need to make additional purchases and is not subject to any third party rights

d) The Ordering Party requires a guarantee of not less than 24 months.

e) If the Contractor proposes a shorter guarantee period, the offer shall be rejected as not complying with the requirements of the Contracting Authority

5. The Contractor shall fulfil the order under the terms and conditions described in the template of Annex 3 to the SWZ.
