Ikomm AS operates the IT for Lillehammer, Øyer, Gausdal, Indre Østfold, Nesodden, Våler, and Østre Toten Municipalities. 

Ikomm would like to procure a trade system for use in the child welfare services in the owner municipalities. At first it is only Lillehammer, Øyer, and Gausdal Municipalities that have confirmed that they will use the procured system, but several of the others could join in the contract period. 

The aim of the procurement is to ensure that the child welfare services have a trade system that can meet the current and future requirements for professional and legal quality in the statutory services that the municipalities must provide.

Furthermore, the goal is that the new trade system will facilitate contributions from children, youths, and relatives/guardians to a larger degree than the current system.

Making the service's work more efficient is also a central goal of the procurement.
