In connection with the municipal commercial building scheme in Tietgenbyen Nord, the VandCenter South shall provide for the establishment of rain and sewage lines for an approximately 59 hectares of occupational area. The splicing plan for the area has not yet been restined, the main roads and supplies are fixed and designed as indicated in the supply material.
In addition to rain and sewage lines, stormwater basins must be established to handle roofs and surface water from the sheathing.
Odense Municipality is to establish roads and trails in the area, including 2 road connections at Niels Bohrs Alle, establishing signal-regulated junctions as well as bicycle and footpaths leading up to Niels Bohrs Alle and to Fraugde Kærby Vej to the east. The area is divided into 3 stages, which are carried out consecutively, first with access in stage 1, then a western access in stage 2 and final connection of the first 2 stages of stage 3.

Odense Municipality and VandCenter South reserve the right to change the stage division and to amalgamate stages so that the whole range is carried out in aggregate if the basic sales are challenging this and if this is economically and practicable. This will be subject to negotiation with individual contractors.
Against Fraugde Kærby Vej, noise violence must be established, which is projected forward to the track and established to the extent that is surplus land. The work must be coordinated with high-voltage conduction carried out by BanedanMark. Noise violence must be established from the south and continued north to the extent that is land to it. No land should be taken. The noise rampart is constructed with the land available for the construction construction.
The supplies (electricity, water, heating, fibre and street lighting) and signalling facilities at the 2 traffic lights at Niels Borhs Alle/N. Drying Road and Niels Bohrs Alle/C.F. Tietgens Blvd shall be established at the same time as road and sewerage worker and contractor shall assist in coordination with supplies and carry out graveworks and handling materials therefor. Digging work and handling is carried out to the extent described in the project material.
The budget framework for the main refund is approximately 105 million. DKK excluding VAT. The developer reserves the right to discharge individual parts in whole or in part from the entranceprice if the developer considers it advantageous. Parts deducted from the entry price shall be deducted by the price indicated in the offer list, and the individual partial prices are therefore binding as stand-alone offers.
In accordance with Section 83 of the Procurement Act, the Builder reserves the right to select tenders with negotiation without prior publication, in the case of new construction works which are a repetition of similar construction works as for the present project, (“Repeat Projects”) and which carried out by the economic operator who is awarded this contract tendered; i.e. by the winning bidder.
Thus, the winning bidder may be awarded additional contracts for later equivalent benefits if agreement is reached after negotiated. The condition for the award of additional contracts is that the Builder obtain funding for this and that the cooperation with the contractor under the original contract is satisfactory.
