The subject of the contract includes the extension of the county road on the section from Korean Street in Biskupice Podgórne (Kobierzyce commune) to DP 1950D in Pietrzykowice (Kąty Wrocławskie commune), leading to the Wrocław-Kobierzyce Subzone TSSE EURO-PARK, in the "design and build" system
1) Stage I – development of design documentation and agreement on the necessary design studies along with obtaining the ZRID decision with immediate enforceability.
2) Stage II - designation of projects of division on the ground and marking of boundaries with PD poles and execution of the second stage of division works - disclosure of changes in the land and building register.
3) Stage III – execution of construction works on the basis of design documentation developed by the Contractor along with author's supervision,
4) Stage IV – obtaining an occupancy permit.

1) development of design documentation for the extension of the county road (former voivodeship road No. 348) on the section from Korean Street in Biskupice Podgórne (Kobierzyce commune) to the county road No. 1950D in Pietrzykowice (Kąty Wrocławskie commune), leading to the Wrocław-Kobierzyce Subzone TSSE EURO-PARK, and obtaining, on behalf of the Contracting Authority, all decisions, opinions, permits and arrangements required by law, including environmental decisions, water permit, conservation permit and deviations from technical conditions (if required). The subject of the contract is also to obtain a decision on ZRID with immediate enforceability to enable the execution of construction works,
2) execution of construction works consisting in the extension of the county road (former voivodeship road No. 348) on the section from Korean Street in the town of Biskupice Podgórne (commune of Kobierzyce) to the county road No. 1950D in the town of Pietrzykowice (commune of Kąty Wrocławskie), leading to the Wrocław-Kobierzyce Subzone TSSE EURO-PARK based on the design documentation developed by the Contractor, referred to in point 1,
3) obtaining an occupancy permit.
3. Scope of the contract:
