1. The subject of the contract is the provision of brokerage services in the field of booking and purchase of hotel services at home and abroad for the purposes of the organizational cells of the Senate Chancellery, including:

- the accommodation of senators, employees of the contracting authority or persons who are not employees of the contracting authority, as part of domestic and foreign business trips, excluding delegations at the level of the Speaker of the Polish Senate;

- accommodation of domestic and foreign guests of the contracting party in the country, excluding visits by foreign delegations at the level of the Presidents of Parliaments or other persons covered by the State Protection Service;

- accommodation of other persons indicated by the contracting party in the territory of the country and abroad.

2. The Contractor is obliged to make reservations in at least two hotel reservation systems (GDS), e.g.: Amadeus, Galileo, Worldspan or Sabre.

1. The subject of the contract is the provision of brokerage services in the field of booking and purchase of hotel services at home and abroad for the purposes of the organizational cells of the Senate Chancellery. By “booking”, the contracting agent means the stay of one or more persons, for one or several nights, in one hotel, according to the order placed.

2. The service includes:

2.1. accommodation of senators, contracting employees or persons who are not employees of the contracting authority for domestic and foreign business trips, excluding delegations at the level of the Speaker of the Senate;

2.2. accommodation of domestic and foreign guests in the territory of the country, excluding visits by foreign delegations at the level of the Presidents of Parliaments or other persons covered by the State Protection Service;

2.3. accommodation of other persons indicated by the contracting party in the territory of the country and abroad.

3. As part of the provision of services, the contractor is obliged in particular to:

3.1. search for accommodation and booking and purchasing them with breakfast and ordering other additional services in hotels around the country and abroad,

3.2. the delivery of hotel reservation confirmations to the office of the contracting party or the place indicated by the contracting party in paper or electronically,

3.3. provide a guarantee of payment (e.g. by credit card) for accommodation and services booked in domestic and foreign hotels,

3.4. provide payment due to hotels for reserved services along with any additional fees type deposits, security taxa, climate fees,

3.5. representing the contracting authority in matters of appeals and complaints arising from the booking and purchase of hotel services made through the contractor.

4. The services carried out by the contractor include the following categories:

4.1. reservations of hotel services in the country:

4.1.1. made by the contractor, burdening the contracting authority in full,

4.1.2. made by the contractor, in part aggravating the contracting authority, and in the part of the guests accommodated in the hotel of the contracting authority,

4.1.3. made by the contractor, wholly incriminating guests accommodated in the hotel contracting guests,

4.2. reservations of hotel services abroad:

4.2.1. made by the contractor, burdening the contracting authority in full,

4.2.2. carried out in objects indicated by the host or organiser of events involving persons delegated by the contracting authority on a business trip (hereinafter 'host or organizer'), confirmed by the contractor, in part incriminating the contracting authority, and in part of the host or the organizer,

4.2.3. carried out by the host or organiser, confirmed by the contractor, in full incriminating the contracting authority.
