The work mainly consists of:

— mowing and draining vegetation into the roadside up to 2.40 metres wide (measured from the road side),

— mowing and draining vegetation at viewing angles including crossings, rides and exits, clover leaf (s) and roundabouts,

— the (at) mowing of vegetation around obstacles and road markings,

— removal of litter prior to all maintenance rounds.

The municipality of Oost Gelre has a total of about 290 km of paved roads and approximately 60 km of roadsides along sandy roads and cycle paths (paved and half paved). The contractor must maintain the roadways on both sides of the road and also the roadway between paved bike path and roadway including mowing around obstacles and mowing the viewing corners.
