1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of 55 000 pcs. cast iron brake blocks DO-380 B with expansion joints for electric multiple units.

2. The order was divided into 4 tasks:

1) task No. 1 – delivery of DO-380 B brake blocks with expansion joints to the Section of Repair and Operation of Rolling Stock Warsaw Grochów in the amount of 3,000 pcs.

2) task No. 2 – delivery of DO-380 B brake blocks with expansion joints to the Section of Repair and Operation of Rolling Stock Warsaw Ochota in the amount of 14,000 pcs.

3) task No. 3 – delivery of BRAKE BLOCKS DO-380 B with expansion joints to the Repair and Operation Section of Rolling Stock Sochaczew in the amount of 24,000 pcs.

4) task No. 4 – delivery of DO-380 B brake blocks with expansion joints to the Fat Rolling Stock Repair and Operation Section in the amount of 14,000 pcs.

3. A detailed description and manner of performance of the contract, respectively for a given task, are specified in the Draft provisions of the contract, constituting Annex 7 to the SWZ.

Task No. 1 includes the delivery of DO-380 B brake blocks with expansion joints to the Repair and Operation Section of Rolling Stock Warszawa Grochów in the amount of 3,000 pcs.

Task No. 2 includes the delivery of DO-380 B brake blocks with expansion joints to the Section of Repair and Operation of Rolling Stock Warsaw Ochota in the amount of 14,000 pcs.

Task No 3 includes the supply of DO-380 B brake inserts with dilatations to the Repair and Operation Section of the Sochaczew rolling stock in the amount of 24 000 pcs.

Task No. 4 includes the delivery of DO-380 B brake blocks with expansion joints to the Sochaczew Rolling Stock Repair and Operation Section in the amount of 14,000 pcs.
