This contract is a multi-year service contract within the meaning of Article 2, 21º of the Law of 17.6.2016, for the acquisition, maintenance, subscription and support of BMC licenses for public service of Wallonia

The tenderer is requested to submit tenders for the various items listed in the CSC and the inventory.

These posts (more fully detailed under "Title IV Technical Requirements" of the CSC) are four in number and are as follows:

- item 1: acquisition (and maintenance) of BMC licenses for the public service of Wallonia,

- item 2: maintenance of existing licenses on the computer network of the public service of Wallonia,

- item 3: exceptional support services on request,

- item 4: services in project mode.
