The Association is looking to appoint suitably qualified contractors to undertake cleaning of its common area, stairwells, landings within specified areas of its housing stock.

The overall purpose of the contract is to provide a clean, tidy and well-maintained communal areas on behalf of Langstane Housing Association that reflects customer need and good environmental practice.
