The absenteeism policy at Tilburg University emphasizes absenteeism prevention, absenteeism, absence management and absenteeism. We want to be supported by an occupational health and safety service provider for the guidance and (medical) advice of managers, employees and HR advisors in this process. Core occupational health and safety experts play a very important role in absenteeism management. We expect the contractor to have extensive knowledge and experience in guiding and advising large complex organizations in the prevention and control of absenteeism and coaching managers and employees in taking their responsibility. This requires the contractor to have a firm and flexible attitude and a clear vision. It goes without saying that the contractor makes a clear distinction between sickness, work opportunities and absenteeism.

We request support from the basic package in the form of the following services:

- social medical team consultation,

- absenteeism consultations, mainly on location at the client,

- working conditions consultation hours, mainly on location at the client,

- availability of company doctor for the manager / HR advisor for asking questions in addition to the aforementioned consultation hours plus proactive advice,

- deployment of a task delegate,

- management reports,

- deployment of a work psychologist,

- administrative handling resulting from the Gatekeeper Improvement Act by company doctor (s),

- contacts with the organization by both the company doctor and the account manager.
