This award notice is published after the evaluation of the tenders submitted in the framework of Phase 3 of the HNSciCloud PCP. Tenderers were invited to submit offers for Research and Development (R&D) service contracts for Phase 3, with the aim to develop a pilot platform. In Phase 3, the contractors shall implement their design, as established in Phase 1, and expand the prototype developed and approved by the buyers group in Phase 2 in areas such as performance, scalability, portability and security. The contractors shall provide training and consultancy services and establish a set of user /developer and operations documents for the pilot platform.

The access to and use of the pilot platform shall allow the buyers group to execute a suite of tests and /or selected workloads. The tests shall address multiple aspects of the functional specifications such as security, performance and reliability.
