For the town hall of the municipality of Nordkirchen, which was last rebuilt 35 years ago and is located in a central location in the town centre, there is a considerable need for renovation and modernisation as well as a need for further office space. After initially favouring the outsourcing of individual offices to a rented building, the possibility of floor plan changes and the expansion of the previously unused attic of the town hall was examined as part of a feasibility study. On this basis, the offices commissioned with the implementation of a corresponding solution provided the MEP planning services up to work phase 3 (plant groups 1-3) or work phase 4 (plant group 4), the object planning services buildings and the structural design services up to and including work phase 3. A conversion of the building is planned with the aim of a technical revision, a high energy standard, new room functions, further office installations in the attic and the creation of a modern appearance of this service center with contemporary working conditions for the employees. This planning status has been decided by the council of the municipality of Nordkirchen as the basis for all further detailed planning. The provision of further MEP planning services for service units 4 to 8 (plant groups 1 - 3) or work phases 5 - 8 (plant group 4) is therefore the subject of this tender.

The subject of the contract for lot 1 are services of specialist planning in the HOAI service profile technical equipment of plant groups 1 to 3 for work phases 4 to 8.

The subject of the contract for lot 2 are services of specialist planning in the HOAI service description technical equipment of plant group 4 for work phases 5 to 8.
