The scope and characteristics of the provision of services are specified in the draft contract and in the annex to the draft contract "Technical specification for the provision of services for the collection and transportation of municipal waste of Joniškis district municipality to their treatment sites (facilities)" (hereinafter referred to as the Technical Specification).

Under the contract, more than EUR 2,000,000.00 including VAT will not be paid.
