In accordance with the provisions of the Technical Specifications, the purpose of the contract is the execution of the monitoring programs to determine the ecological and chemical status or potential of surface water bodies, the execution of the monitoring program to determine the chemical status of groundwater bodies, the execution of the monitoring program for the additional control of protected areas and the incorporation of the information collected in the system for the exchange of information on the status and quality of inland waters (NABIA), in accordance with the Water Framework Directive and related directives and their transposition into state legislation.
