Description:
Framework agreements for temporary employment

Against the background of the immense impact on the German economy from the Covid19 pandemic and to avert long-term and persistent economic consequences as well as social damage, the federal government set up the special fund "Wirtschaftsstabilisierungsfonds -WSF" at the end of March to support companies in the real economy and the finance agency entrusted to the management of the fund.

In order to fulfill these tasks in connection with short-term availability and flexible responsiveness to changes in the number of applications for a stabilization measure, temporary personnel resources are required, which are to be made available as part of the temporary employment agency.

Legal area of responsibility

Personnel support in the context of temporary employment by several fully qualified lawyers (m / f / d) in the legal area.

Examples of relevant specialist tasks / experiences

- Independent creation of guarantee contracts (§ 21 FMStFG) and contracts for recapitalization measures (§ 22 FMStFG) of the economic stabilization fund based on model contracts;

- Operation of an internal application entry cockpit.

Finance

Personnel support in the area of finance in the context of temporary employment. The area of responsibility is divided into the following profiles:

a) Accountant (m / f / d)

Examples of relevant specialist tasks / experiences

- Proper and timely preparation of half-yearly and annual financial statements according to HGB;

- Posting and accounting for current business transactions in the general ledger, in particular risk provisions, securities, company investments and guarantee obligations;

- Interest and commission settlement in the credit and securities business, periodic presentation of premiums / discounts;

- Independent preparation of the balance sheet, income statement, appendix and management report;

- Developing and designing financial processes and mapping them in the ERP system SAP;

- Competent contact for auditors, tax consultants and managers;

- Cooperation with controlling in internal / external reporting.

b) Accounts receivable specialist (m / f / d)

- Development and organization of a accounts receivable management;

- Supervise and monitor the billing and incoming payment process;

- Posting / assigning incoming and outgoing payments based on manual and electronic bank statement processing;

- Create, obtain, implement and manage SEPA direct debit procedures;

- Monitoring and maintaining the open customer items and clarifying differences, creating and processing dunning runs;

- Communication and interface function to internal and external customers in connection with the difference clarification;

- Support of monthly and annual accounts including preparation of advance sales tax returns.

c) Controller / specialist SAP-CO (m / f / d)

Examples of relevant specialist tasks / experiences

- Operational controlling with a focus on cost and performance accounting;

- Further development and implementation of internal cost allocation models for task and tax-induced product profitability analysis and their implementation in the ERP system SAP FI / CO;

- Independent organization and implementation of company-wide budget and forecast planning;

- Creation of target / actual comparisons, deviation analyzes and ad hoc evaluations;

- Creation and commenting of the monthly reporting including project costs as well as coordination and processing of the monthly resource allocation

- Participation in the preparation of the monthly and annual financial statements;

- Carrying out economic considerations, further developing the methodological foundations and the controlling / indicator system.

d) Accounting employee (m / f / d)

Examples of relevant specialist tasks / experiences

- Processing of all topics related to accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger accounting;

- Creation and maintenance of vendor and customer master data;

- Creation and posting of outgoing invoices and guarantee commission statements;

- Posting / assigning incoming and outgoing payments based on manual and electronic bank statement processing;

- Monitoring and maintaining the open customer items and clarifying differences, creating and processing dunning runs;

- Participation in the preparation of the monthly and annual financial statements, preparation of evaluations and statistics.

e) Central Cost Manager (m / f / d)

Examples of relevant specialist tasks / experiences

- Establishing, structuring and further developing cost and fee models that apply to different payroll groups and companies;

- Collecting, recording and consolidating cost declarations, assumption of costs, invoicing and cash flows;

- Monitor and ensure complete and correct cost accounting;

- Further develop the requirements for central data management structures;

- Creation of ongoing reporting, preparation of presentations for committees & organs;

- Organizational and cross-company interface and coordination function.

Compliance area

Personnel support in the area of compliance within the framework of temporary employment. The area of responsibility is divided into the following profiles:

a) Analyst Compliance (m / f / d)

Examples of relevant specialist tasks / experiences

- Processing in the compliance environment (e.g. hit processing, list management);

- Assistance in carrying out control and monitoring activities;

- Support in answering inquiries in daily business;

- Contact with departments.

b) Compliance expert (m / f / d)

Examples of relevant specialist tasks / experiences

- Processing of technical inquiries in the day-to-day business of the compliance function in the above-mentioned key topics for in-house implementation of compliance requirements;

- updating the written order;

- carrying out control and monitoring activities;

- updating risk analyzes;

- Advice to internal departments.

Other responsibilities

Personnel support (m / f / d) in the area of human resources within the framework of temporary employment.

Examples of relevant specialist tasks / experiences

- applicant management;

- Processing of administrative tasks in operative business such as drawing up contracts, certificates, certificates and filing;

- Direct support for employees in IT and procedural issues;

- Creation and updating of the relevant operating documentation;

- Participation in the exchange of active network components in the edge area;

- Participation in IT projects.

b) Windows Administration employee (m / f / d)

Examples of relevant specialist tasks / experiences

- Support in the operation of a modern server and client infrastructure including efficient monitoring processes;

- Direct support for employees in IT and procedural issues;

- Participation in the operation of database servers, a document management system and / or a client management system;

- Participation in IT projects.

c) IT Field Service (m / f / d)

Examples of relevant specialist tasks / experiences

- Processing IT hotline and ticket receipt;

- Provision of PCs, notebooks, telephones and other workplace hardware;
