: An Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) is to be carried out as part of the preparation of the Partial Development Plans (PAP) for the "Portes de Hollerich" planning area, in accordance with the modified Grand-Ducal Regulation of 15 May 2018 (List of projects to be subject to an environmental impact assessment). Accordingly, the following services must be provided, among others: Scoping procedures; Environmental Impact Assessment Report; Preparation of tenders for EIA-relevant studies and evaluation of tenders; Preparation of studies (climate study; Air Quality Study); Compensation study biotope/habitat.
