The object of the Contract is to:
- Carry out execution studies
- Write risk analyses and operating procedures prior to the work
- draft and file ASBESTOS removal plans
- dismantle the 3 winches of the EVCRD (winches + tree line) (Presence of ASBESTOS AND LEAD)
- demolish and level the concrete studs that are the supports of the winches
- dismantle the Wales chains that connect the valves to the shaft line
- dismantle an ole-hydraulic power plant and its network of rigid pipes (ASBESTOS AND LEAD)
- Dismantle ladder-type accesses with crinolines + bodyguards
- evacuate all dismantled equipment in approved channels (monitoring of hazardous asbestos/lead waste)
- provide all handling equipment / access to carry out the work
- Provide reports, minutes, administrative and technical documents of the work in an end-of-case file
The work will be carried out on the safety organs of a hydroelectric dam and in 2 phases:
- Execution studies
- Installation and withdrawal of construction site on the crown of the dam (altitude 420mNGF)
- Demolition/dismantling of the winches of the Right Bank Flood Evacuators (EVCRD). The equipment is positioned on a concrete platform at a height of 8m.
- Disposal of dismantled equipment in approved channels (monitoring of hazardous asbestos/lead waste)
- Participation in site monitoring meetings
- Drafting of the End of Business Brief.
1st phase of work in Q1/2024 on the Right Bank Flood Evacuator valve n°3 (EVCRD3)
