This assignment includes the purchase, implementation and maintenance of an ERP system for planning and logistics processes within the operating theatre.
The ERP package is able to manage and control the entire logistics flow within an operating theatre.
This means not only full control over the goods and resources, but also over the accountability of the goods to each procedure/ patient.
As for planning: planning of positions (beds, seats, ...), materials, goods, medication, employees, ...
In summary, it concerns (not exhaustively) the provision, installation, configuration, production and maintenance / support of an ERP software solution for O.K.:
- Providing the necessary licenses for the ERP package. The software must be able to be used in Dutch from the moment of implementation;
- The software implementation, parameterization and configuration;
- Providing data and integration logic / software for inbound and outbound interfaces to other software solutions within Imelda (eg. Hospital Logistics, Zorgi, pharmacy package, Wish, NexuzHealth);
- Project management, test management, data and migration management, quality management;
- Intensive follow-up of any problems after the go-live;
- Taking care of the aftercare (e.g. verification of the proper functioning of the package);
- Provided with Dutch-language education / training for end users and key users;
- All Dutch documentation and manuals must be available from the moment of implementation;
- A proposal from SLA regarding the service (eg. Corrective maintenance, release management, integration of legal and administrative requirements, dealing with requested customization, ...).
The proposed solution is a proven product with a vision that guarantees continuity for the coming years.
It is a configurable solution that allows both to support organizational evolutions and to activate additional application domains.
Initially, the ERP package will manage and control 18 OR rooms and 50 seats. Of these, there are 4 rooms in a new day hospital to be built. In time, this will also be extended to some specific (surgical) treatment rooms as well as to Cathlab and the Efo rooms.
At least 100 users will use the package.
