Modernization of the PEC heating system in Ciechanów Sp. z o. o. by constructing an installation for electricity and heat generation in high-efficiency cogeneration.

- construction of complete combined heat and power plants together with internal installations and connections as well as land development around new facilities, including communication routes and possible reconstruction of existing communication routes, squares or facilities and installations,

- electrical power output to the Energa Operator SA power network. in accordance with the obtained conditions,

- connection of the combined heat and power plant to the municipal heating network in accordance with point 2.2 PFU,

- CHP plant service for the warranty period, i.e. 40,000 mth (period of 5 years from final acceptance).
