Chassis for HLF 20 support service fire-fighting assembly vehicle

Manufacture of a chassis for a HLF 20 emergency service fire-fighting vehicle for the municipality of Neuenkirchen, Neuenkirchen Volunteer Fire Brigade in accordance with the DIN standards to be observed and the specifications, as well as delivery to the bodybuilder.

1 x all-wheel chassis with twin tyres suitable for the construction of an extinguishing assembly vehicle HLF 20 according to DIN EN 1846 and DIN 14 530 part 11.

Fire brigade equipment for HLF 20 emergency equipment

1 fire vehicle body type HLF 20 according to DIN EN 1846 and DIN 14 530 part 27.

Vehicle body for all-wheel drive chassis (Euro VI) with a wheelbase of approx. 4 200 mm.

With the exception of the plug-in and sliding ladder and the mortise hook, all loading should be located within the structure. The structure is proportion-increased, it is not permissible roof boxes below the portable ladders.

The equipment compartment volume must not be restricted by the exhaust system components (compared to superstructures for Euro V chassis).

The vehicle shall be equipped with a group cab that meets all normative requirements.

The group cab must be designed separately from the body as an independent unit, as permanently connected to the cab as possible and is made of material that is as stable and corrosion-resistant as possible for a long service life and high safety. The greatest possible headroom in the crew room. The crew compartment roof should be accessible as far as possible and provided with a permanently non-slip surface.
