Framework agreement in 3 lots (spatially separated according to the structure of the building districts in the field of civil engineering) for

Conversion, maintenance and investment construction projects and particularly urgent, unplanned repairs and troubleshooting of cable duct systems of the ITDZ Berlin as well as fault service outside regular working hours.

a) Conversion, maintenance and investment construction projects on cable duct systems (KKA) in the Berlin districts of Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf, Steglitz-Zehlendorf and Spandau.

b) particularly urgent, unplanned repairs and troubleshooting of the KKA in the Berlin districts of Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf, Steglitz-Zehlendorf and Spandau. (Directorial assignments).

c) Fault service outside the regular working hours for all lots/for the entire city area in the months of January to April of a calendar year.

d) In exceptional cases and cases of need, substitute performance of the services of Lots 2 and 3.

Bids are allowed on one lot, several or all lots.

A bidder can only be awarded for one lot. In the case of bidding for several lots, the lot preferred by the bidder must be indicated in the document "Declaration of lot limitation" in the event that the bid in several lots is the most economical. In the event that, at the end of the evaluation phase, the number of bidders with tenders eligible for award is less than the number of lots, a bidder may be awarded several lots if he has given his consent to the award of several lots in the document "Declaration of lot limitation".
