Description:
Purchase of electricity for the District Health Center Sp. z o.o. in Kartuzy in the period from 01.01.2024 to 31.12.2025

1. The subject of the contract is the purchase of electricity by the Ordering Party in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 10 April 1997. Energy Law (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1385, as amended) together with executive regulations, for the needs of the District Health Center Sp. z o.o.

2. The total estimated electricity consumption for the contract period, i.e. from 01.01.2024 to 31.12.2025 to 3 PPE, is 2 056 180 kWh. The material scope of the subject of the contract covered by these proceedings is determined by a detailed description of the subject of the contract (Annex 3 to the SWZ) and the draft provisions of the contract (Annex 5 to the SWZ).
