The contract has as its object the organization and management of the school catering service and the services instrumental to it for state primary schools, state kindergartens and municipal kindergartens, located in the city of Catanzaro, as better specified in the Service Project, in the Special Tender Specifications and in the related annexes.

The "Maximum Estimated Value of the Contract" is determined for 316,200 meals, and specifically:

- about 86,200 exempt meals, borne by the Municipal Administration of Catanzaro financed partly by municipal funds and partly by ministerial funds;

- about 230,000 paying meals, charged to the user.

The "maximum economic value" of the consequent contract is equal to € 1,517,760.00 (Euro one million, five hundred and seventeen thousand, seven hundred and sixty/00) (meals about paying n. 230,000 + meals about exempt n. 86,200 and therefore for a total of n. 316,200 meals)

The "Value of the contract" is related to 86,200 exempt meals, borne by the Municipal Administration of Catanzaro

The award takes place through an open telematic procedure with application of the criterion of the most economically advantageous tender identified on the basis of the best quality / price ratio, where the price element takes the form of a fixed price, on the basis of which economic operators will compete only in relation to qualitative criteria.
