Work contract: energy renovation works of the Bassens Gendarmerie barracks (73) — eight lots. This consultation shall include conditions of implementation of a social nature, the details of which are set out in the CCAP. Special condition of execution: social clause. Pursuant to Article L. 2112-2 of the Public Order Code of 1.4.2019, the SGAMI sets in this market a minimum level of economic insertion.

Lot 1: Facade cladding:

— TO1: removal of planters;

— TO2: masonry/painting.

Lot 2: roofing terraces:

— TO1: renovation, insulation and waterproofing.

Lot 3: Traditional roofs:

— TO1: partial renovation of the roof of the remaining buildings;

— TO2: partial renovation of the zinc work buildings 10 to 17;

— TO3: change of roof window openings containing asbestos sealants.

Lot 4: exterior carpentry:

— TO1: PVC joinery;

— TO2: supply and installation of metal assembly.

Lot 5: interior services:

— TO1: dubbing — partition.

Lot 6: Electricity:

— TO1: outdoor lighting;

— TO2: Building 18;

— TO3: security lighting building 18;

— TO4: Building 21 (barracks);

— TO5: building safety lighting 21;

— TO6: Building 22 (Gymnasium);

— TO7: building security lighting 22.

Lot 7: CVC:

— TO1: plumbing;

— TO2: Ventilation of the building 7.

Lot 8: Asbestos Remover:

— TO1: removes roof window.
