1. The subject of the contract is the provision of services in the field of:
a) collection and management of municipal waste from inhabited real estate, from the area of the Strumień commune,
b) equipment and operation of the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point in the area belonging to the Strumień municipality, hereinafter referred to as PSZOK and the management of waste collected (accepted) in PSZOK from inhabited real estate.
2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is attached as Annex 1 to this SWZ.
3. The Ordering Party provides for the use of the so-called "reversed" procedure referred to in Article 139(1) of the PPL Act.
1. The subject of the contract is the provision of services in the field of:
a) collection and management of municipal waste from inhabited real estate, from the area of the Strumień commune,
b) equipment and operation of the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point in the area belonging to the Strumień municipality, hereinafter referred to as PSZOK and the management of waste collected (accepted) in PSZOK from inhabited real estate.
The Contractor's obligation is the organization of municipal waste collection in accordance with the Waste Act, the Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the Strumień commune, adopted by Resolution No. XXII.178.2020 of the City Council in Stream of August 19, 2020 on the Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the Strumień commune (Dz. Urz. Province Of Silesia of 2020, item 6139, as amended), hereinafter referred to as the Regulations and Resolution No. XX.179.2016 of the City Council in Stream of 25 May 2016 on determining the detailed manner and scope of providing services in the field of collecting municipal waste from the owners of real estate on which residents live and managing this waste in exchange for a fee paid by the owner of the property for municipal waste management (i.e. Journal of Laws of the Republic of Poland). In the Municipality of Stream there is a mixed system of municipal waste collection (bags and containers). Collection of municipal waste will take place directly from the properties where residents live and will be divided into:
(a) waste from separate collection of waste collected as follows:
- waste fraction – paper, which includes paper waste, including cardboard, paper packaging waste and cardboard packaging waste – in containers/bags of blue colour marked with the inscription "Paper";
- waste fraction - glass, which includes glass waste, including glass packaging waste - in containers / bags of green color marked with the inscription "Glass";
- waste fraction – metals and the fraction of plastic waste, which includes metal waste, including metal packaging waste, plastic waste, including plastic packaging waste, and multi-material packaging waste – in yellow containers/bags marked with the inscription "Metals and plastics";
- bio-waste fraction - in brown containers marked with the inscription "Bio";
- ash from home hearths: in containers of gray color, marked with the inscription "Ash"."; classified under code ex 20 01 99 or ex 20 03 99',
b) unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste, collected in containers with a capacity of at least 120 l,
(c) furniture and other bulky waste (excluding construction and demolition waste), waste electrical and electronic equipment.
The Contractor's duties will also include:
(a)collection of waste exhibited in containers or bags (bag system applies only to the fraction of waste: paper, glass, metals and plastics)
b) receiving batteries and accumulators used in household appliances and household appliances
c)collection of waste, cytotoxic and cytostatic drugs (20 01 31 *) and medicines other than those mentioned in 20 01 31 * (20 01 32).
d) The amount of municipal waste generated in households from the area of the Strumień commune, expected to be collected (accepted) in PSZOK during the term of the contract (i.e. 12 months), calculated on the basis of the reports of the entity running PSZOK, amounts to approx. 485,000 Mg.
