The agreement consists of the delivery and maintenance of 3 commercial vehicles including (tippable) body. Part of the agreement is a warranty of at least three (3) years.

The technical and economic life of commercial vehicles is around ten (10) years.

During the first three years, the municipality takes care of the maintenance and inspections from the supplier.

There is no unnecessary merging here. The choice to have the body and chassis installed and delivered by the same contractor is common in the market and is not an unnecessary combination of the three vehicles that limits the opportunities for SMEs. In addition, it is logical and common in the market to place maintenance with the supplier. Plot formation is not an issue for the above reasons. The municipality aims to contract one supplier (one brand), to have one contact person, and thus to radiate uniformity.

The agreement (for maintenance) is entered into for a period of at least 3 years and a maximum of 10 years. The effective date of the agreement is 01-01-2024.
