Within the COA, there is a need to be able to proceed quickly and lawfully to contract contracts for the hire of vessels for temporary accommodation and thus to create additional reception places in the short term when the situation so requires. The purpose of this European tender is to establish a dynamic purchasing system (DAS) in order to invite operators admitted to the dynamic purchasing system to subscribe to a specific contract immediately when there is a need for the hire of vessels.
