The purpose of the contract is to reserve and occupy fourteen therapeutic day care places for people with Alzheimer and other neurodegenerative dementias and twenty transport places, all of them in the City of Friol.
The tenderers will have adequate centres located in the City of Friol with adequate places, authorized and available to perform the contract.
Only proposals that offer all the places of the reference service will be accepted.
The transport service is a compulsory benefit for users who need it.

Apart from the day care service, the contracting entity may provide to persons with Alzheimer, or in a situation of dependence, or who are not in a position of dependence, are at risk of suffering it, some of the services for the prevention of situations of dependency and the promotion of personal autonomy, which, where appropriate, offer as an improvement, and they appear related in the evaluation criterion for improvements. The intensity of the respective service will respond to the number of hours expressed in the Individual Care Plan (PIA). The provision of the same may be carried out in the same facilities as the centre or in other different facilities, enabled for that purpose and located in the same locality where the day centre is located. That qualification must be taken prior to the award of the contract. In any event, these services shall be carried out without interference or prejudice to the provision of the day-care service, which is for the purpose of this contract.
The development of these services will not entail any cost to the Administration. The user will participate in the cost of these services according to the participation table collected for these services in Decree 149/2013, of 5 September.
