The scope of the contract shall include:

1) receiving municipal waste cyclically and systematically 'at source',

2) receiving municipal waste as part of organized collection actions (so-called “mobile rebounds”)

3) receiving expired drugs from pharmacies,

4) receiving municipal waste from PSZOK,

5) transport of collected municipal waste referred to above in points (1) to (4) in order to transfer it to the waste collection site or from the waste collection site to the waste management site,

6) ensuring the use of municipal waste,

7) the provision of containers and bags intended for depositing municipal waste referred to in point 1) above

8) the provision of containers for depositing expired medicines in pharmacies,

9) the provision of containers and containers intended for depositing municipal waste in the PSZOK,

10) the implementation of the services and obligations associated with points 1 to 9 above) and resulting from the contract documents.
