Following successful development of Weston College Group, Weston College has agreed to implement a programme for the provision of furniture and equipment to its new buildings, NSETC and Bristol Futures Academy
The purpose of this document is to establish a Contractor who will undertake
the supply, build and installation of furniture and equipment
a fixed cost quotation for a 10-year warranty covering all furniture and equipment ordered by the College.
Due to the nature of the College Building Programme, the supply, build and installation arrangements need to be integrated, enabling the College to continue to undertake its core business. It should be borne in mind that all furniture and equipment fitted during Building work will be under warranty, covered and maintained by the installing contractor for 10 years.

The successful tenderer shall be appointed by 1.4.2016 at the latest, for completion of the project by early July 2016. The exact date for completion may vary slightly, due to the nature of building and IT installation deadlines, however the appointed tenderer is required to guarantee to meet the final dates agreed as part of the overall building project plan.
